Template — review before launch. This is a good-faith starting point that reflects how the app actually works. Have a lawyer review it and replace the contact address before you publish, especially if you serve users in the EU (GDPR) or Brazil (LGPD).

Wedding Vendor Help ("we", "the tool") helps couples understand wedding-vendor contracts. We are built for the client, never the vendor, and we collect as little as possible. There is no account and no login — every analysis is an anonymous session.

What we process

  • Your contract stays in your browser. The original file (PDF/DOCX) is never uploaded. Text is extracted locally on your device and only that extracted text is sent to us to run the analysis.
  • Extracted contract text is stored temporarily so the AI can analyze it, then is no longer needed once your result is ready.
  • Session data: an anonymous session ID, your chosen language, word count, ad-gate timing, and the generated result.
  • Preferences (such as your language choice and your ad consent answer) are stored in your browser's local storage, not on our servers.
  • We do not ask for your name, email, or payment details.

How your text is analyzed

The extracted text is processed by an AI model running on Cloudflare's infrastructure (Workers AI) solely to produce your contract review. We do not use your contract to train models.

Advertising

This tool is free because it is supported by ads. When advertising is enabled and you consent, our advertising partners may set cookies or similar identifiers to show and measure ads. We ask for your consent before any ad cookies are set, and you can decline. Where we use Google services, their use of data is described in Google's policies.

Cookies and local storage

We use local storage for your language preference and your consent choice. Advertising cookies are only set after you allow ads. We do not use cookies to build a profile of you ourselves.

Data retention

Anonymous session records and extracted text are kept only as long as needed to deliver and improve the service, and are not tied to your identity.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (e.g. under GDPR or LGPD), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your data and to withdraw consent. Because sessions are anonymous, the main control is in your hands: clear your browser storage and decline ad cookies at any time. To make a request, contact us at the address below.

Children

This tool is intended for adults and is not directed at children.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the date at the top of this page.
