By using Wedding Vendor Help ("the tool"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the tool.
What the tool does
The tool uses AI to highlight clauses, fees, and cancellation terms in a wedding vendor contract you provide, and drafts a message you can send to the vendor. It is built to help the client (the couple), not the vendor.
Not legal advice
The tool is an informational aid, not a lawyer, and does not create an attorney–client relationship. AI can miss things or be wrong. For any decision that matters, confirm with a qualified legal professional before you sign, cancel, or rely on a contract.
Your responsibilities
- Only submit contracts you have the right to review.
- Do not use the tool for unlawful purposes or to abuse the service.
- Understand that results are automated and provided "as is".
Ads
The tool is free and supported by advertising. Running an analysis may require viewing an ad. Advertising is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Availability
We may change, suspend, or discontinue the tool at any time, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the tool or your reliance on its output. The tool is provided without warranties of any kind.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
